Rotterdam, May 12, 2026 — AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR) has launched Personalized Learning Journeys, a new feature that asks HR professionals their specific learning goal and professional background, then builds a tailored course plan to help them reach it. Each learning journey contains 3 to 6 content items, drawn from AIHR’s catalog of 85+ courses and mini courses. The plan reflects the member’s learning goal, job title, HR domain, company size, and years of experience.
HR professionals with a specific learning goal had to navigate a large content library manually, often ending up in a 40-hour certificate program that isn’t always the best fit for their situation at the moment. AIHR’s Personalized Learning Journey removes that friction and gets them from a goal to a practical learning plan in minutes.

Members can run up to three Personalized Learning Journeys at once and track their progress through each one. The feature is available now to Full Access members and B2B Flex license holders through the My Learning Journey page, at no extra cost as part of an existing membership.
