Executive Program Prepares HR Leaders to Shape AI Transformation Across the Business

AIHR's new online training program covers AI strategy, workforce transformation, organizational design, change management, and the AI-first HR operating model.

ROTTERDAM, Netherlands, October 13, 2026 — AIHR (Academy to Innovate HR) has launched the AI & HR Transformation Executive Program for senior HR professionals involved in strategic decisions about AI transformation across the business. The online program prepares them to evaluate AI strategies, shape decisions about work and workforce redesign, and lead the transformation of HR itself. Enrollment is now open.

AI is fundamentally changing how businesses create value, how work gets done, and how organizations are designed. For HR leaders, the scale and pace of this change make it hard to see what it means for their organization and decide how to respond. The AI & HR Transformation Executive Program gives them a structured approach to navigating AI transformation and determining the right path for their organization. Across five courses, participants move from understanding AI’s implications for work and business performance to evaluating transformation strategies and translating them into organizational change. They then explore how to redesign work and organizations around people and AI, and how HR’s own role and operating model must evolve.

“AI transformation presents strategic decisions that even experienced HR leaders have not faced before,” said Erik van Vulpen, Co-Founder and Dean at AIHR. “There’s no established playbook, and what works for one organization may not work for another. We developed this program to help HR leaders understand what is at stake, evaluate the trade-offs, and make strategic choices that reflect their organization’s priorities and context. That puts them in a position to shape AI decisions across the business and adapt HR to what the business now needs.”

The executive program is designed for HR leaders and professionals in strategic roles, including HR strategy, transformation, and organizational development. Its flexible, self-paced format fits around demanding schedules. Participants gain access to practical frameworks and tools, such as an AI risk assessment process and an AI vendor evaluation checklist. They can also connect with other senior HR practitioners through community discussions and apply what they learn to a realistic AI transformation case.

The program includes approximately 15 hours of learning, taught by AIHR experts, including Erik van Vulpen, Co-Founder and Dean, and Dr. Dieter Veldsman, Chief HR Scientist. Participants can join regardless of their prior experience with AI. Those who pass the final examination earn the AI & HR Transformation Leadership Certificate.

The Executive Program complements AIHR’s Artificial Intelligence for HR Certificate Program, which focuses on hands-on AI applications within HR. It is available as a standalone program or through AIHR’s Full Academy Access membership.
