AIHR Co-Founder Erik van Vulpen Named a 2026 Top 100 HR Tech Influencer

HR Executive recognized van Vulpen as one of 100 influential voices in HR technology.

Rotterdam, August 7, 2026 — Erik van Vulpen, Co-Founder and Dean of AIHR, has been named one of HR Executive’s 2026 Top 100 HR Tech Influencers. The list, now in its eighth edition, recognizes the people setting the agenda for technology in HR.

HR Executive selects honorees from across the profession, from HR leaders leveraging technology within their organizations,  to researchers testing what delivers value, to thought leaders whose ideas define how HR works. This year’s group was chosen for bringing evidence and hands-on experience to a crowded HR tech market, helping HR leaders focus on what works.

Van Vulpen co-founded AIHR to equip HR professionals with future-ready skills. Over more than a decade as an entrepreneur, HR thought leader, and educator, he has trained HR teams worldwide to work with data and AI and deliver measurable business impact. He is a recognized voice on AI-driven HR transformation and people analytics, writes AIHR’s annual HR Trends Report, and teaches several of the platform’s certificate programs, which have reached well over 85,000 HR professionals. Van Vulpen and other AIHR experts also speak at industry events, run sessions for HR teams, and partner with organizations through AIHR Advisory services.

“At AIHR, we have always believed that HR should be a data-driven, technology-enabled part of the business, and that belief shapes everything we teach,” said van Vulpen. “Being recognized alongside people who are moving the profession forward is an honor.”
