Eight New AI Courses Expand AIHR’s Learning Library

Rotterdam, June 8, 2026 — Academy to Innovate HR (AIHR) has expanded its AI in HR content offering with a collection of mini courses and tutorials covering the practical application of AI across HR’s core domains and tasks. AIHR already offers a full AI for HR Certificate Program for professionals who want thorough, foundational knowledge of AI in HR. This collection extends that coverage with shorter, faster formats for those who need a specific skill quickly or want to further expand their AI skill set.

AI is already reshaping every HR function, and HR professionals are under pressure to build fluency fast. The new collection provides practical, hands-on content that lets them apply AI skills immediately in their own work context, across different HR areas and tasks. With AI-specific content spanning from quick tutorials to a full certificate program, AIHR is building the most complete AI education offering in HR. New courses have been released on a rolling basis since late 2025, with more planned.

The collection consists of eight courses spanning various HR topics, including automation, ethics, analytics, change management, custom AI tools, and domain-specific tutorials for L&D, people analytics, and HRBPs. No other HR learning provider offers this range of AI-specific content mapped to the day-to-day reality of HR roles. Available formats are mini courses and tutorials. Mini courses deliver topical insight on a specific, current problem in 2-4 hours. Tutorials are tactical, step-by-step lessons where learners follow along that can be completed in a couple of hours. Both formats include demos, videos, lessons, quizzes, reading material, and downloadable resources. All courses are included in AIHR’s Full Academy membership at no extra cost.
