AIHR Certificate Program

An AIHR Certificate Program is a self-paced online program that builds practical skills in a specific HR domain, such as HR business partnering, people analytics, or AI for HR. Learners work through video lessons, hands-on assignments, and downloadable templates they can apply at work, then complete a capstone project and an exam. Finishing earns a digital certificate that validates the new skills and signals your expertise to employers.

AIHR course

An AIHR course is a self-paced online course that builds one specific HR skill or covers a single topic in depth, rather than spanning an entire HR domain like a certificate program. Examples include AI Strategy for HR, HR Data Analyst, and Strategic HR Metrics. Each course combines video lessons, practical assignments, and downloadable templates for daily HR work. Courses typically take 2 to 10 hours to complete.

AIHR mini course

An AIHR mini course is a short, self-paced online course that gives HR professionals a working understanding of a specific, focused topic. Learners can take mini courses like Claude for HR, HR Consulting Skills, and Automating HR Work with AI Agents. Mini courses typically take 0.5 to 2 hours to complete, and their compact format suits quick upskilling and keeping current as HR practices change.

AIHR tutorial

An AIHR AI tutorial is a series of short, step-by-step lessons that build practical AI skills for a specific HR role or task. Each tutorial features hands-on demos that learners follow along and practice with using a tool like ChatGPT on realistic HR work, such as meeting prep or stakeholder communication.

Full Academy Access

Full Academy Access is an annual membership that unlocks AIHR’s entire catalog: all certificate programs, courses, mini courses, and AI tutorials. Members can explore the full library at their own pace and build their own learning journey rather than committing to one program. It also includes supporting tools like a library of 400+ downloadable HR templates, an AI assistant trained on AIHR content, weekly live webinars, and learning coaching.

AIHR Resource Library

The AIHR Resource Library is a collection of over 400 downloadable, ready-to-use HR templates, playbooks, and tools. HR professionals use them for day-to-day HR work in formats like Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and PDF.

AIHR Copilot

The AIHR Copilot is an HR AI assistant built into the AIHR platform, trained on AIHR’s extensive library of articles, video lessons, and downloadable resources. Learners can ask HR questions and get reliable answers, practical advice, and ready-to-use material drawn from that content.

Roleplays

AIHR Roleplays are AI-powered practice conversations in which HR professionals rehearse difficult workplace situations, such as stakeholder negotiations, budget requests, and coaching sessions. An adaptive AI counterpart pushes back and responds in real time based on what the learner says, with no script, then gives detailed feedback referencing specific moments from the conversation. HR professionals practice in voice or text and retry as often as they want. Roleplays sit inside select certificate programs and in the AIHR platform’s Roleplay Hub.

Capstone project

An AIHR capstone project is the final assignment in a certificate program, where learners apply what they studied to a realistic HR scenario. Completing the capstone, along with the exam, is what earns the digital certificate.

T-Shaped HR Competency Model

The T-Shaped HR Competency Model is AIHR’s proprietary model mapping the competencies HR professionals need to perform effectively and drive business impact in modern HR roles. Its “T” shape works across two axes: the horizontal bar covers six core competencies every HR professional needs, including Business Acumen, Data Literacy, and AI Fluency, and the vertical stem represents deeper expertise in a chosen specialist HR domain. Drawing on AIHR’s insights from HR professionals across 140+ countries, the model shapes every AIHR Certificate Program.

T-Shaped HR Assessment

The T-Shaped HR Assessment is a free, 10-minute self-assessment that scores an HR professional across the six core competencies of AIHR’s T-Shaped HR Competency Model. Results benchmark against a global population of HR professionals, showing where the assessment taker stands relative to peers and where their biggest development opportunities lie. It works as a starting point for focused HR upskilling and career planning.

Tell-Show-Do-Apply Methodology

Tell-Show-Do-Apply is AIHR’s learning methodology, the foundation for all its content. Learners build theoretical understanding of HR concepts (Tell), see them demonstrated through real-world case studies (Show), practice through hands-on assignments and role-plays (Do), and apply them to real workplace challenges using AIHR’s tools and templates (Apply). Repeated exposure and active application across the four stages counter the Forgetting Curve, helping knowledge hold as a lasting skill.
