What other skills do I need to become a Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging expert?

Aside from inclusive communication skills, you need to have a good understanding of modern D&I, be able to understand and navigate intercultural differences, and know how to design, build, and (when necessary) change organizational culture. All of these skills are covered in our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging Certification Program, which also includes a capstone project where you can put your new knowledge and skills to the test.
