David Aguado is an Associate Professor at the Faculty of Psychology at the Autonomous University of Madrid (UAM). He is head of the Advanced Center for the development of Metrics in Organizational Talent and author of more than fifty publications on Technology Applied to Human Resources. His current field of research and innovation runs between HR Analytics, Big Data applied to Human Resources, and the development of intangible metrics to assess organizations' talent.
In this article, we will look beyond the scope of traditional HR KPIs.
