Designing positive employee experiences starts by seeing (HR) processes through the eyes of the employee and maximizing all the interactions that an individual has with your organization to create a deep sense of belonging and strong connections to the organization, brand, and colleagues. In total, you will need to invest approximately 12 hours to finish the course.
