Employee experience is about maximizing the interactions that employees have throughout their journey at your organization. This includes all interactions from pre-hire up to their retirement.
Designing positive employee experiences starts by seeing (HR) processes through the eyes of the employee and maximizing all the interactions that an individual has with your organization to create a deep sense of belonging and strong connections to the organization, brand, and colleagues. A higher level of employee engagement could be one of the many outcomes of a positive employee experience.
