Step 2: Pick your enrollment option
AIHR offers several ways to enroll in a certificate program, and they work differently.
- Single Certificate Program: You get access to one program of your choice, with a one-off payment of $1,125. You can enroll in individual certificate programs during 10-day enrollment periods, opening approximately every four weeks. Each program’s page states its next enrollment date. If the window isn’t open yet, activate a reminder on that program page, and AIHR emails you as soon as enrollment opens again.
- Full Academy Access: This membership, priced at $1,850, includes every certificate program, the full course library with 85+ courses, the Resource Library, and all new content released during your membership. You can start it any day, with no enrollment window to wait for. If the single program you want is between enrollment windows and you need to start now, Full Academy Access is the direct workaround. Step 3: Complete checkout and activate your account
AIHR’s checkout itself is a short, three-step process: select your plan (Single Certificate Program, Full Academy Access, or Team License) , enter your details, and start learning. In the “your details” step, you’ll fill in your name, email, and billing address, with an optional field for a company name if the invoice needs to go to your employer.

Once you’ve paid, watch your inbox for an email titled “Activate Your Academy Account.” It typically arrives within minutes of your purchase.
