About Wihan:

Wihan de Wet leads AIHR’s Advisory business, where he turns established theories and practical insights into solutions that help HR teams deliver real impact. With more than a decade of experience across corporate and consulting environments, he has worked on global HR transformations, leadership development programs, operating model design, and talent strategy.

His career includes partnering with executive teams across South Africa, the Middle East, Ireland, and Europe. Wihan has held a range of HR roles, from HR Business Partner to Organizational Development Specialist, in well-known international organizations. These experiences have shaped his expertise in both operational and strategic HR.
