He is a regular speaker and conference chair at HR tech events and conferences around the world, and has taught at Utrecht University, The Netherlands. As the founder of AIHR, he has trained hundreds of senior HR leaders. Erik holds a master’s in Psychology (hons.), Business Administration (hons.) and a bachelor’s in Law.
