What is the difference between this course and AIHR’s Organizational Development Certificate Program (ODCP)?
The Org Development training course is part of AIHR’s ODCP. While both approach OD from a holistic point of view, the Certificate Program provides you with a more comprehensive OD tool kit that also includes Organizational Design, Organizational Culture, HR Operating Models, and Consulting & Communication Skills. You will have the opportunity to apply your newly acquired skills and knowledge in a capstone project, and earn a digital certification upon completion of the program (which includes a LinkedIn token).
