Trung has worked in the HR field for close to 10 years. During this time, he has held several positions, amongst which, HR consultant and HR Innovation officer for companies like Korn Ferry Hay Group, McKinsey & Co and Nike.
He first joined our Academy when he started working as a Talent Analytics Specialist within Nike. This new position required in-depth knowledge of HR Analytics.
The demands of this position, coupled with Trung’s commitment to professional development and life-long learning, have led him to decide to enroll in our All-You-Can-Learn license. He completed the HR Analytics Leader, Global Data Integrity and Natural Language Processing within several months. These courses enabled him to conduct in-depth analyses and produce powerful data visualizations for various talent populations in EMEA.
Shortly after completing the courses he landed his next job as Talent Analyst Manager for Danone Group, at their headquarters in Paris, France. Given the heightened strategic nature of the new role, which is to analytically empower the Group in managing top talents globally, he is planning to continue his learning journey by completing two more courses from his license – the Strategic HR Metrics & Building a People Analytics Strategy.
