From harnessing the power of AI and expanding the value we offer to our members to helping global HR teams upskill and providing innovative products and services for HR professionals, 2024 has been another wonderful year for us at AIHR. Let’s take a look at the strides we’ve made!
Our year in numbers
It wouldn’t be a proper wrap-up of the year without some numbers to highlight our achievements in 2024. With a growing team of 99 (almost 100) people, we’ve trained over 50,000 HR professionals around the world, equipping them with the skills and knowledge to excel in their jobs and hit their career goals.
We are reinforcing our reputation as a trusted platform for HR teams looking for high-quality and practical HR content, insights, and resources. This year, we published 180 new blog articles, 94 downloadable templates, and 104 HR glossaries. Together, they brought a staggering 6.7 million visitors to our website, who were most interested in topics revolving around HR upskilling, elevating the HR function, and talent management.
Our social media platforms now have over 766,000 followers, with a 48% growth in new followers in 2024 alone. Our YouTube channel welcomed 38 new videos this year, contributing to an impressive 1.1 million views, 61,200 hours of content watched, and 22,300 new subscribers. Our HR audience is most interested in these topics:
- Human Resources Management (HRM) Explained
- 11 HR Trends for 2025: Embracing Disruptions
- How to Build an Interactive HR Dashboard in Excel
This year also marked the debut of our Leading HR newsletter, which has quickly grown to over 1,400+ HR leaders from around the world in just a few months. It’s quickly becoming a vital source of insights for CHROs and HR leaders worldwide, addressing topics such as the state of HR, DEIB, and employee experience.
Yes, those are some impressive numbers. But they don’t matter. Because what really matters is impact! How successful have we been in helping you elevate the way HR is being practiced at your organization? So, let’s take a look at what we have done to empower you on that.

Harnessing the power of AI
I hope you’re not sick of hearing about AI and HR just yet because I want to share with you the strides we’ve made in 2024 to help HR professionals tap into the power of AI in their work. After launching the ChatGPT mini course in 2023, our team stepped up in 2024 to introduce the brand-new AIHR Copilot. This is the world’s first AI Assistant designed specifically for HR. The AIHR Copilot makes it easier than ever for HR professionals to leverage and integrate AI into their day-to-day work, helping them become more efficient, productive, and effective than ever. Powered by 1,083 articles, 294 resources, 261 HR glossaries, 40+ live events, and 500+ video lessons, the Copilot is the world’s best-trained and most practical AI assistant for HR professionals.
So far, we’ve seen some interesting usage patterns among our members. They can be divided into three groups:
- Super users have fully integrated the AIHR Copilot into their workflows. They often use it dozens of times each day, saving up to an hour of work daily.
- Incidental users rely on the Copilot for occasional support with difficult-to-solve problems or complex questions. They see this tool as a last-resort solution.
- Hesitant adopters are still familiarizing themselves with AI. This reflects the broader trend we’ve seen of HR’s cautious approach to new technologies. But remember: as HR, we’re unlikely to be replaced by AI, so use it as a tool to enhance your expertise!
To help HR professionals (particularly Incidental users and Hesitant adopters) leverage AI’s full potential, we’ve been working on a comprehensive certificate program covering AI in HR. Spoiler alert: We’ll cover prompt design, AI strategy, the risks and rewards of AI for HR, and much more. We’ll be launching this brand-new certificate program in the first quarter of 2025, so stay tuned!
Expanding the value offered to our members
In 2024, we continued to deliver unparalleled value to our members beyond the AIHR Copilot. We launched a brand new certificate program (in case you’re curious, check out the Sourcing and Recruitment Certificate Program) and three mini-courses (High-Impact Performance Management, HR Consulting Skills, and HR Trends and Strategies for 2025).
The team has also been working hard to expand the Resource Library with super practical downloadable templates our members can use to save time and excel in their work. The Resource Library has become a well-loved feature of the AIHR membership—11,780 members downloaded 126,483 templates this year!
A major highlight of this year was the launch of the Soft Skills Hub. Soft skills have been the missing part of our curriculum. Though not relevant exclusively to HR, they’re absolutely critical to acing your job as an HR pro. Our members now have access to a full library of 5-minute micro-learning videos and 1 to 2-hour mini-courses on different soft skills. They’ll be able to equip themselves with the skills to navigate difficult conversations, manage conflicts, and coach others to become true partners in the business.
Last but not least, we have our live events! Our resident HR subject matter experts and community staff hosted 40+ live events this year, bringing together a total of 3,405 attendees. The topics of the events expanded across 14 HR domains, from building HR resilience and cultivating a civil workplace to DEIB strategies and HR leadership.
Helping more HR teams to be better at what they do
If someone asks me what our most significant driver of growth this year is, I’d say it is, without a doubt, our team/enterprise business. More and more teams from around the world are now coming to AIHR as their go-to partner for upskilling and reskilling their HR teams to help team members become better at what they do. Our clients come in a variety of shapes and forms, which reflect the diverse needs of HR teams of all sizes and specializations:
- HR teams of 2 to 10 people juggling multiple roles
- Vertically specialized HR teams, like teams of 10 to 15 HR Business Partners
- Entire HR organizations of hundreds of people in need of large-scale transformation.
To be able to better help these teams get exactly what they need to upskill, we’ve dedicated most of 2024 to optimizing our team and enterprise product offerings. In the summer, we launched new packages for HR teams. Our clients can now choose the option that best suits their upskilling and reskilling needs among three different products:
- Core: For teams looking to close critical skill gaps to improve productivity and efficiency.
- Flex: For teams wanting to invest in continuous learning and keep team members up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Enterprise: For teams looking to upskill their entire HR organizations at scale with tailored learning journeys and continuous learning consultant support.
In addition to the new packages for teams, our clients often have pressing skills gaps that they like to solve by choosing one or several boot camps in specific HR areas as add-ons. These intensive cohort-based programs help rapidly level up HR teams and enable them to be better and more successful in their work.
From what I’ve seen, 2024 is the year that most organizations have been doubling down on upskilling their teams to become better HR business partners and be more data-driven. As HR cements its position as a vital and indispensable function of the business, HR leaders are continuously looking for ways to ensure their HR population has the skills to align their work with business goals, influence stakeholders at the highest levels, and enhance data-driven decision-making.
That’s why, alongside our new pricing plans, we’ve also launched the HRBP Impact Assessment. HR leaders only need to spend a few minutes filling out the questionnaire, and they will receive a detailed report on how well their HR function supports the broader business strategy and contributes to organizational success. They will also get a benchmark to understand how their HRBP model implementation compares to those of other organizations.
Entering a new territory: HR Essentials
AIHR has spent most of its 8-year history focusing on building world-class training programs. But we’ve also put a lot of effort into collecting, listening, and acting on the feedback we receive from the 50,000 HR pros we have trained over the years. And what we’ve often heard is that HR professionals increasingly require on-the-job support and tools to stay up-to-date with emerging trends, solve problems, and excel in their day-to-day work.
We’ve seen the great benefits of the many features we developed along the way for our members, including our Resource Library, AIHR Copilot, Mini Courses, events and community, and much more. In 2024, we decided to step up and introduce a new package — the HR Essentials Membership. This offer is designed specifically for HR professionals who may not have the time to commit to a certificate program but still want to become better and more efficient at their jobs.
The HR Essentials Membership gives you access to all the HR tools and services you need to tackle challenges and projects confidently. Think of it as your own personal online hub for HR excellence. You can download customizable templates from the Resource Library, instantly get trustworthy answers from the AIHR Copilot, get a crash course on a new topic with bite-sized videos, stay up-to-date with live events, and join insightful discussions with a global community of HR peers. This membership ensures that even the busiest HR professionals can get the support they need to grow, adapt, and thrive in their roles.
Building a place our people love to work at
One of the things I’m most proud of at AIHR is that we are just as dedicated to creating an exceptional experience for our people as we are to enhance the values our members receive continuously. As we work to elevate the HR function worldwide, we also take pride in innovating HR practices internally to foster a workplace where our people feel valued, motivated, and empowered to thrive.
To show you an example, I want to talk about one of our most impactful and successful policies: our anniversary celebrations. At AIHR, we believe that loyalty and dedication deserve to be recognized in ways that matter. That’s why team members always receive company-wide announcements on their work anniversaries, alongside gifts and flowers to brighten up their homes.
Additionally, they enjoy a unique benefit. For every year spent at AIHR, employees receive an additional paid day off. This policy not only provides tangible recognition for their hard work and dedication but also allows them to take well-deserved breaks to recharge. This year, several employees received an additional six days off on top of the minimum 26 days that we offer!
HR Trends 2025
2025 is going to be a year of transformative change. That’s why, in our HR Trends article, we’ve dubbed 2025 as the year when HR needs to embrace disruption. Here are some of the trends we’ve identified:
- From AI adoption to AI adaption: HR has the opportunity to become the expert in the room as organizations navigate this new AI frontier.
- The golden age of the silver worker: HR can implement targeted policies to support the inclusion and equity of mature workers and give organizations a unique competitive advantage.
- HR execution is king: Effectively executing HR policies and initiatives at a tactical level is critical to organizational success.

Looking forward to 2025
It’s been another great year for us at AIHR. I know that I say this every year, but that’s only possible thanks to the excellent team that we have at AIHR and their dedication to breaking every record that we set in the years past. And I’m confident that 2025 will be an even better year for all of us with everything we have in store to help you stay up-to-date, be efficient, and achieve career success. Enjoy this holiday season, and I look forward to seeing you again in 2025!
