Each participant receives a personalized report highlighting their strengths, development areas, and practical recommendations to improve their AI fluency. The results provide a clear baseline for the team, supporting focused discussions and tailored learning throughout the boot camp.

Advanced Prompting Workshop

Live Facilitated Session

Advanced Prompting Workshop:
In this session, participants dive deep into how large language models (LLMs) think, reason, and fail—and how to leverage that understanding for more effective AI use. The workshop explores core LLM limitations such as hallucinations, jagged intelligence, memory loss, sycophancy, and shallow reasoning, and provides concrete techniques to mitigate them through better prompt engineering.

Participants learn and practice advanced prompting methods, including prompt folding, meta prompting, step-by-step and chain prompting, and escape hatching. They also experiment with concepts like agentic AI and custom GPTs to expand what’s possible in real-world HR applications.

By the end, participants will not only understand how to design advanced prompts but also why certain prompts work—equipping them to reason through model behavior, improve reliability, and confidently apply LLMs to complex, high-stakes HR tasks such as policy creation, workforce analytics, and talent strategy.

This foundational module introduces participants to the fundamentals of AI and how it transforms HR, equipping them with the knowledge and tools to apply it responsibly and effectively.

  • Prompt Design Fundamentals: Learn the core principles of effective prompt writing using the BRIEF Framework, avoid common mistakes, and practice chaining and optimizing prompts for higher-quality AI output.

In this interactive session, participants turn their AI knowledge into real-world impact by identifying and designing practical AI solutions for HR. Using the AI Use Case Canvas, they explore common applications across areas such as talent acquisition, learning and development, and HR operations, and learn how to evaluate feasibility, data requirements, and ethical considerations.

Through this exercise, participants come up with AI-powered solutions for day-to-day HR challenges, by defining problems, setting success metrics, and mapping out where AI can create measurable value. By the end of the workshop, they walk away with a clear portfolio of actionable AI initiatives.

Using Gen AI in HR

This module helps participants apply advanced generative AI techniques to real HR tasks, focusing on precision, consistency, and measurable impact. Through structured exercises and hands-on activities, they learn to build reusable prompt templates, structure inputs with delimiters, and apply contrastive prompting to improve the accuracy and analytical depth of AI outputs. By the end, participants will know how to use generative AI not just to save time, but to enhance the quality, reliability, and insightfulness of their HR work.

Ethics, Privacy & Data Security

Self-paced learning

This module helps participants understand how to use AI responsibly and securely within HR workflows. It explores how to recognize AI’s limitations, protect sensitive employee data, and identify potential bias or fairness issues in AI-generated outputs.

Participants also learn to verify AI results before acting on them, follow company AI policies, and maintain clear documentation when AI is used in critical HR processes.

By the end of the module, participants will be able to:

Through demos and strategic discussions, participants explore high-impact HR use cases such as onboarding follow-ups, compliance tracking, interview scheduling, and HR reporting. They then learn to map and structure workflows to identify where agentic AI can take over repetitive or process-driven tasks.

By the end, participants will understand the strategic potential of agentic AI, know how to recognize opportunities for its use, and be equipped to collaborate effectively with technical teams or vendors to implement these solutions responsibly and securely.

Demo Day (Capstone Project)

In the final stage of the boot camp, participants showcase what they’ve learned by presenting their AI use cases and proposed solutions to peers and facilitators. This session brings together all elements of the learning journey, demonstrating how these concepts translate into real organizational impact.

Through their Capstone Project, participants articulate the business problem, AI opportunity, and expected outcomes of their use case, receiving feedback to refine and strengthen their ideas. How do I enroll my team in a boot camp?

Given the tailored nature of a boot camp, we advise you to get in touch with one of our learning specialists to select the program that best fits your needs and learning objectives. You can grab a slot on their calendar or get in touch via [email protected].

What is the duration of the boot camp?

The duration of the boot camp is flexible. We work with teams who fit the full program in just one month, with weekly learning goals, but we also work with teams that like a more gradual approach and distribute the learning journey across a 3 to 6 month period.

  • The AI boot camp for HR teams consists of 6 hours of core (self-paced) learning content + 3 hours of (optional) live sessions + a 1-hour (optional) monthly expert Q&A.
  • The AI boot camp for HR leaders consists of 4 hours of core (self-paced) learning content + 3 hours of live sessions + a 1-hour (optional) monthly expert Q&A.

You can discuss your learning goals and timelines with one of our sales consultants during a free discovery meeting.

Is there a fixed schedule?

During the onboarding session with your learning consultant, you will agree on a timeline and set fixed dates for the program kick-off, live sessions, and demo/graduation day. Before each live session, learners are expected to have completed a certain percentage of the online self-paced learning.

What is the difference between an open and a closed boot camp?

  • A closed boot camp is dedicated to your team, and access is restricted to the participants you sign up. This means that you, together with your assigned learning consultant, decide the pace and when sessions are scheduled.
  • An open boot camp (only available for the HR Leadership track) brings participants from different organizations together into one group. Open boot camps typically host between 5 and 10 participants.

Is there a live learning component?

Yes!

Both the boot camp for HR Teams and HR Leadership have up to 3 live sessions, facilitated by one of our AIHR faculty members.

In addition, there is a monthly expert Q&A webinar on AI, which is open to all AI boot camp participants for as long as your platform access is valid. This is a great place to get your questions answered and to be inspired by what people from other organizations are doing.

What type of support can we expect?

During the pre-sale orientation process you can count on one of our sales reps to inform your decision making and answer any questions you may have. You can contact them via email or hop on a quick call when needed.

After signing up you will meet your assigned learning consultant. They will be your contact person throughout the boot camp, coordinating the kick-off, schedule, live sessions, onboarding of your team, and any other things that come up during the process. It is their primary goal to make sure to, together with you, maximize the impact of the boot camp for you team.
