Why should I enroll in this online Employee Lifecycle training course?

This online Employee Lifecycle training course is designed to help you gain the skills and competency you need to engage with your people in each stage of the cycle, from attraction to offboarding. Additionally, you will also learn about several other HR responsibilities that will affect the Employee Lifecycle, including the Policy Framework and the HR budget. By the end of this course, you will be well-prepared to support the growth of your business in your capacity as an HR Generalist.

Do I need prior HR knowledge to enroll in this course?

This course does not require prior HR knowledge or experience. It is designed for those who are new or transitioning into the role of an HR professional, or have just joined a growing business as their first HR hire. Once enrolled in this course, you will start from the foundation of HR — understanding how to position HR in the business context and how to support the organization in your capacity — before moving on to the specifics of the Employee Lifecycle.

No. This training is 100% online and self-paced! When you learn and how much time you spend each day, week, or month is up to you.
