💡 Every HR professional has a tool idea they wish existed: a tracker, a checker, a small app that would make one process easier. Until recently, building it meant a budget, a vendor, or a developer. Not anymore.
In this hands-on session, AIHR Co-Founder Erik van Vulpen will build a working 360-feedback prototype app live on screen using Lovable, an AI app builder that turns plain-language instructions into working software. Starting from a common HR problem, he will walk you through the full journey: defining what the app needs to do, writing user stories an AI can act on, and then building, refining, and testing the tool in real time. No code, no developers, no technical background required.
