    4 MODULES
    To keep the digital transformation in HR on track, we need a well-defined Digital HR Strategy. This course teaches you to think strategically about leveraging technology to drive value for the business. You will learn how to build a Digital HR Strategy, how to implement it and to manage the stakeholders involved. Your digital strategy will be more than just a vision. It will be a detailed blueprint for the digital transformation.

  • Design Thinking in HR

    2 MODULES
    In today’s competitive environment, you can gain a much-needed advantage by turning your knowledge of your employees into actionable insights on how to better attract, retain and develop your talent. In this course, you will learn how to use the design thinking process to create employee-centered HR solutions, tools, and processes. By iterating through the process, and measuring the results along the way, your end-solutions will tackle problems in the best possible way.

    2 MODULES
    HR has always been about people and, in the digital era, this is more important than ever. Employee experience (EX) is crucial for the success of any company.   • Digital HR Transformation

    – Employee journey mapThis project will be evaluated by your instructors and marked as pass or fail. In any case, feedback will be provided to improve the quality of your deliverables. To become a Certified Digital HR Specialist, the capstone project needs to be completed within 12 months
