Over the past year, you have visited our website quite regularly – we are thrilled that you chose Analytics in HR (AIHR) as your source of information for the exciting and rapidly developing field of HR/ People Analytics.

As we are approaching the festive season, I want to thank you for being a loyal reader of our blog and wish you a wonderful Christmas and New Year!

I would also like to take this opportunity to share some of our plans for next year with you. But first, let’s start with a small recap:

Having witnessed the lack of information concerning HR Analytics, Erik and I launched AIHR just over 1.5 years ago; and what an exciting 1.5 years it has been! Every day we are amazed by the ever-growing and overwhelming appetite for data-driven HR and HR Analytics.

The significance of this still fairly new field and the astronomical interest for it is best demonstrated by a number that surpassed any of our expectations: a quarter million visitors…

For us, 2017 has been the year in which we launched the first Online HR Analytics Academy, expanded our team to eight people and became the world’s largest online platform in this space. Starting from zero visitors back in June 2016 we have now welcomed over a quarter million unique visitors on the AIHR blog.

Despite this huge number, we are very much aware that our company wouldn’t be the same without you. This is why we are so thankful for you and all our other subscribers, customers and academy students.

We also want to thank all the subject matter experts, industry leaders, guest writers and instructors that have made this all possible. It’s been truly inspiring to work with so many brilliant and very talented people! Together, we are all contributing to the progress of the HR Analytics discipline.

So, what’s next?

We are known for our in-depth and practical articles. In 2018 we will certainly continue to work together with leading experts in the field to deliver your weekly dose of HR Analytics content and keep you up-to-date on everything that’s going on in the field.

In fact, we will step up our game. At AIHR we have made it our mission to help you succeed in the field of HR Analytics. That’s why during Q1 of 2018 we will be launching three new online services that will help you increase the impact of HR Analytics within your organization!

One thing I can already promise you… since we are not a software company, we won’t be bothering you with yet another dash-boarding tool. Instead, we will continue to promote knowledge sharing, education, and innovation!
