What Are We Working on Now?

Compensation and Benefits Certificate Program πŸš€

Our newest Certificate Program is in the works and set to be released on November 16! The program will focus on all the key aspects of Compensation and Benefits, including analytics, rewards, job evaluation and base pay.

The program outline was based on all the feedback we gathered by talking to our learners, so special shoutout to all of you that participated in the focus groups. Stay tuned for the course syllabus which is coming soon!

Note: If you have a Full Access License, you will automatically get access to this new program when it’s released. If you do not have full access yet, simply send an email to [email protected] or contact your coach directly to receive an upgrade offer.

Recruitment Analytics

Our current Recruitment Analytics course is undergoing a complete overhaul to make it more practical and hands-on.

The new version of the Recruitment Analytics course is launching in September and will replace the existing one, which is also part of the Talent Acquisition Certificate Program. The new course will consist of 15 brand new – and perhaps more importantly, very practical – lessons.

What’s Next?

A Certificate Program designed for HR Generalists

This month, we’ve started laying the foundation for our new program, which is set to launch later this year. The process started with a series of focus groups where the team gathered valuable insights into what our learners would like to see in such a program and how we can better deliver the content that will allow them to develop the skills they need to succeed in an HR Generalist role.

More details on the course, coming soon!

Live events πŸ“Ή

Our community is becoming an essential place for learners to find valuable information and discussions on top of the courses and certifications. To create even more value and live interactions, we will start organizing live (Q&A) sessions with leading subject matter experts. These events will likely start in Q3 or Q4. We are committed only to bring you the best and most knowledgeable experts.

As a learner at AIHR, you have embarked on a rollercoaster that will continuously bring you new knowledge and skills.

To make it visible how your skill set is developing, we will be implementing assessments at the start of every program. Progression will be measured with short tests and assignments throughout the program.

Afterward, we can exactly show you where you started and how you have progressed over time.

But, this is a huge project. Developing one assessment for one certification takes at least three months. So, this will be an ongoing project for the foreseeable future.

What did we release already?

Strategic HR Metrics

Our Strategic HR Metrics course, which is part of our HR Business Partner 2.0 and the HR Metrics and Dashboarding certificate programs has received a full facelift. In this update, three new modules were added, on the HR Value Chain, the specifics of making a business impact and a third module on creating powerful KPIs.

In addition to the new modules, additional improvements to this course include a quiz after every lesson, community discussion after every module,
4 new practical assignments and 1 new template for even more real-world application.

New module on Rewards

A new module was added to our Talent Acquisition Certificate Program! The new module (four lessons and an awesome case study) will focus on how recruiters can understand, plan for, and leverage rewards to attract and retain top talent.

Among other things, students will learn about how to leverage rewards to stand out from competitors and how to communicate and negotiate rewards most effectively to different personality types or roles.

Organizational Development Certificate Program πŸš€

Our latest certificate program is live! It is designed to equip HR Professionals with the skills and expertise to help their organization thrive, now and in the future. The program consists of five modules, a Capstone project and a plethora of case studies and activities to help you not only test your knowledge but also learn how to apply your learnings in real situations.

Strategic HR Leadership Program

Our brand new Strategic HR Leadership Certificate Program launched in June. This exciting program is aimed at preparing new or aspiring HR leaders for a strategic role within HR.

The program takes about 30 hours to complete and starts with HR Management and a Mini MBA. After which, you will acquire essential knowledge on HR Strategies, Lean Management, and HR Operating Models.

What makes it unique is its interactivity. Every passive element, like a video lesson, is alternated with an active element such as an assignment, quiz, or case study.

This level of interactivity sets a new standard for eLearning and our future courses. On top of that, we also included full transcripts and handouts for all lessons.

People with full academy access can easily request access themselves (typically takes 5 minutes to get approved). If you do not yet have full access but would like to upgrade, please get in touch with our excellent support team via [email protected].

Referral Program

Our new referral program aims to reward you for your contribution to building an evergrowing global community of talented HR Professionals. If you’re a member of AIHR and would like to earn free access to the Academy for a lifetime, learn more about how you can refer friends and get them to join you in building up their skills.

Certificate Validator

Many of our learners proudly feature their certificates on LinkedIn. However, to protect your certificate(s) value, we need to ensure that they can’t easily be forged.

That’s we launched a way to validate certificates through our website using the unique ID on every certificate.

Gamification emails πŸ’ͺ

We have implemented weekly celebration emails and monthly progress reports that showcase your learning achievements and motivate you to keep the momentum going.

T-Shaped HR Assessment (pilot)

After getting a ton of responses from HR Leaders and influential thought leaders from all over the world, it’s clear that HR Professionals love the idea of T-shaped competency profiles in HR and how it captures the essence of what they have been thinking for years.

Our team got to work with all this positive feedback and created the first version of a T-Shaped HR Assessment that will show you how T-shaped your profile is.

With over 2,000 people completing the first version, we have already started working on the next, more accurate, skill-based assessment.

We’ll make sure to send you a note when the new version is ready for you and your team!
