AIHR 2nd in FD Gazelles List of Fastest-Growing Dutch Companies

I am thrilled to share that AIHR has been named the second fastest-growing company in the Netherlands! 

Every year, the Dutch Financial Times (Het Financieele Dagblad) recognizes the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands with the FD Gazelles Awards. The ceremony took place last night, and I couldn’t be happier that AIHR was announced as the second fastest-growing company in the Netherlands.

To qualify for the FD Gazelles Awards, a company needs to meet a number of criteria, with the most important one being a 20% growth in turnover over a period of three years (2018-2020). This, combined with profit margins and employee growth, is used to rank the fastest-growing companies in the Netherlands. 

Impact that matters

I am especially thrilled about this result (hot on the heels of our FT 1000 and Deloitte Tech Fast 50 placements) because it shows the astronomical appetite amongst HR professionals to develop the skills they need to be ready for the future and add more value to the business.

And it confirms that we’re on the right track to achieve our long-term goal: to innovate HR as a whole by helping 100,000 HR professionals future-proof their skills by 2025. 

When we set out, that goal felt extremely ambitious. But now it feels so close we can almost touch it.
